ProKalm |
Dear Science Supplements. I wish to congratulate you on your ProKalm supplement. At last a product that does exactly what it says on the tin! I was recommended by a friend to try ProKalm as I have a 9 year old warmblood mare who has never travelled well to events and therefore left her performance at home. I have tried every product on the market over the years with no success. At last I have found a solution to this with your brilliant product ProKalm. With minimal effort, just so easy to use in her feed with maximum results. My horse now travels calm and relaxed and ready to perform. The results speak for themselves as she was 9th at the riding club championships and qualified for Olympia with our Quadrille team. Using ProKalm does not take away the sparkle only the anxiety. Thanks to Science Supplements I am looking forward to a stress free Olympia 2008 (for my horse)!!! With great thanks,

Ouija Board can rightly be considered as one of the greatest racing mares. She was foaled in March 2001 and trained in Newmarket by Ed Dunlop for Edward Stanley, 19th Earl of Derby. In a racing career spanning four seasons, she won 10 of her 21 races, 7 of them Group 1's, including the Epsom Oaks in 2004 and the Hong Kong Vase in 2005. In 2004, she won the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf and came 2nd to Intercontinental in the same race in 2005. In 2006, she won her second Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf, laying her claim as one of the best racehorse mares in racing history. She won over £3.3 million in prize money. She is also only the second horse ever to win Breeders' Cup races in non-consecutive years. |

Science Supplements have been pleased to supply Ed Dunlop with electrolyte products.
"We have been using science supplements electrolyte paste for the last two seasons on our horses and we have been very happy with it. It is easy to give and well tolerated and helps combat electrolyte losses from training, travelling and racing. It was also used on Ouija Board who achieved great successes on the racecourse." |

| EnerGex |
CONGRATULATIONS to Meg Wade and China Doll for their 13th place in the 2007 President’s Cup in Abu Dhabi. Meg was the highest placed non-Gulf based horse and rider combination.
Meg was assisted by experienced endurance vet Adam Driver. "Meg's horse got Energex from loop 3 onwards. Very easy to mix up and administer. The horse was full of energy, and looked very good at the finish, so all encouraging. Would certainly like to continue using it.” |

| FlexAbility |
" The impact on joints each time the limbs hit the ground results in concussive damage to the cartilage joint surface that's minute but cumulative, requiring constant repair. Such repair requires basic raw materials not only of the highest quality, but also that are most likely to reach the site of damage. FlexAbility fulfils this requirement in the best possible way." |

"FlexAbility combines tried and tested ingredients to the highest specification from experts in the field of equine sports science, I have used it for competition horses and for elderly animals with arthritis and we have been very pleased with the results." |

I have a 15 year old welsh cob mare called Poppy who I use for dressage and show jumping but who has had arthritis in her hocks for around 2 years. We have previously had her on a variety of joint supplements, including Cortaflex, but none have had any noticeable effect. Even on the joint supplements she would come out of the box very stiff every morning and appear lame. It would take at least 30 minutes to warm her up before she appeared and felt sound. I couldn't jump her until she had been worked for 45min. After intense or fast work or jumping she would also be lame. I have had her on Flexability for 4 months now and have seen very good results from it. I started her on the loading dose and after 10 days she was not as stiff coming out of the stable and was warming up quicker. After a further two weeks on the maintenance dose she was not stiff at all and would warm-up and be ready to go in ~10min. My dressage coach noticed a dramatic difference and we went on to win our first dressage competition. We are normally never placed and get comments like “too stiff and not bending” on our score sheets. I have also seen a remarkable difference in her jumping as she now finds it a lot easier to pick up over fences. Before being on Flexability she was struggling to get over 2'9” and now she clears 3'3” with ease. Since using Flexability she has not been lame after any fast work, and is more agile whilst being ridden. When coming out of the box in the morning there is no stiffness and the time to warm her up when being ridden has reduced greatly. I am delighted with the results of Flexability and will definitely continue using it for my horse. |

"If you are planning to buy supplements for your competition horse it makes sense to go to genuine experts; real scientists with published work and relevant experience with top level horses in several disciplines. I have used Linseed Conditioner on elderly rescue horses and have found it palatable and digestible and the results have been very impressive."

We think you'll agree that the pictures above speak for themselves! This result was achieved in only 4 weeks of feeding Linseed Conditioner. |

"I have been using the Science Supplements Linseed since it first arrived on the market it has proved to be a most effective way of feeding high oil diet so essential to the endurance horse. It is highly palatable and easy to feed. I am delighted with the results, it has become an important part of our horses diet. Pilgrim has gone from Novice to Advanced and now International Team on Science Supplements products over the last 3 years. That speaks for itself." |

Electrolyte Paste |
| |
"I have used the Science Supplements Electrolyte Paste for both of my Arabs and am very impressed with the results. I have a 13 year old mare, Clover, who has competed in 80km and 100km ER’s this year gaining two second places and a fourth. She takes the supplement easily and it certainly keeps her going and she drinks well. My 8 year old gelding, Rowan, has just started endurance races this year completing his first 80km in sixth place and his first 160km in 4th place. The electrolyte was easy to use at every vet gate despite him hating being syringed. It syringes easily and I was so pleased to finish in such an excellent position in his first FEI 3* 100 mile race. I know that, in part this is down to the use of the electrolytes. He drank and ate well throughout and looked fabulous even at the end of a long day." |

"I just wanted to report back on the electrolyte paste syringes. I used them for the first time whilst on a 65k ride at the weekend. My horse had never been syringed with electrolytes before but as he is about to start doing race rides, needed to. He is usually terrible to worm as he doesn't like things being syringed. He loved the taste of these however, and definitely was not going to waste any by spitting it out as I would have expected him to do!! So thanks and I am very pleased with the product compared to other syringes I have used". |

Tasteless Salt |
| |
"I have used the Tasteless salt and the horses tolerate it well and we have had satisfactory results despite the hot weather. I used the Electrolyte paste and purchased additional ones at Ludlow. Again I found them very effective and the horse ingested it without rejecting it. I shall certainly use it in future". |
